Join the Friends of Darebin Creek and Banyule’s Park Rangers to plant over 400 locally indigenous plants at Southern Road Wetland.
When: 10am-12pm, Sunday 25th June 2023
Where: Southern Road Wetland, Heidelberg West. The best access point to the reserve is via the corner of Liberty Pde and Gona St. Walk roughly 200m north along the main trail from this entry point.
What: Planting over 400 locally indigenous plants to further enhance the habitat value of the wetland and improve biodiversity. This is a family-friendly event and all equipment is provided. Dress for the conditions and wear enclosed footwear. No booking required.
